DMCA Policy for Lego Pokemon Set Launch
Lego Pokemon Set Launch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below concerning copyright infringement on our website and services.
This policy outlines the procedure for copyright owners to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when their content has been removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified claim.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Lego Pokemon Set Launch website, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that any misrepresentations in your notice regarding whether content or activity is infringing may make you liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). We recommend that you consult your legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice.

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
